Sharron relocated to the Cayman Islands from the UK in 2012. She has over 20 years’ experience in the administrative and customer service field. She has in-depth knowledge of administrative procedures, customer services and database operating systems having completed her business administration level 3 certification in the UK. In her role as dispatcher at OTISAIR Sharron is business systems dispatcher and is your first point of contact for all your servicing, repairs and emergency requirements. Her efficient personality and friendly, proactive approach has facilitated a number of new customer service initiatives.
